what is a loyalist
One of the major changes was the concentration of populations into cities - moving away from rural areas. As one would expect, this changed concentrations of people away from rural areas (changing the populations in districts and states, thus representation). Finally the morals fit the setting. Cities concentrate people into larger groups, exposing them to more diverse opinions.
