Complementry angles: TWo angles are comlementry. The measure of one angle is 1 1/2 times the measure of the other. Find the measure of each angle. Please show work.

so complementary means the two angles will add up to 90 degrees so you do 1.5x + x = 90 which equals 2.5x = 90; x = 36 1.5 X 36 = 54 54 + 36 = 90
