Make a column. List yourself and put your cousin well above you in the column since your cousin is older. Since your sister is older than your cousin, put your sister above your cousin. Your brother is younger than your cousin so put him below cousin but above you. Your sister is younger than the neighbor so put the neighbor above your sister. So now you have your list. The neighbor is on top (oldest) followed by your sister, cousin, brother, and yourself.
