I am writing a paper that needs to be in APA 5th Ed. In my bibliography I am uncertain of how to post several reports from the US Department of State on the same subject different dates. Do I combine or use each as an individual listing? Also, when referring to one of those reports how do I put where to find that information without it being something like: (paragraph 5, under tips; tip reports; Hilary Clinton).
