Standard form is Ax+By=C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

slope is 0 since it's a horizontal line

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y = 5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How do you solve this type of problem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y-y=m(x-x) y-5=0(x-1) y=5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The slope of x-axis is 0, since it is parallel to the x-axis. slope is equal to 0 as well

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Then you look at the y-value of the point, which is 5. So the point is y = 5

Oh that is easy...Lol
