I am pretty sure I did this problem for you once.
This triangle could not exist because in a triangle, the largest angle is always opposite the largest side. The side opposite angle B is 12. Side a is 64 so the angle opposite side a would have to be larger than the angle opposite side which is impossible because angle B is 140 degrees.
