OpenStudy (liliakarina):

I'm trying to obtain the ordinary and general equation of the circumference that has as centre C (0,-2) point and its radius is 1 unity. At first the eq. looks like this: (x − h)2 + (y − k)2 = r 2 But I'm stuck with the next part of the process. Thanks guys.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(h,k) is the center of the circle, and r=radius, so substitute in your known values: (x - 0)^2 + (y - (-2))^2 = (1)^2 then simplify.

OpenStudy (liliakarina):

Okay, thanks
