GT, please be positive when answering questions. I understand the sentiment, but if you consider a question to be repetitive or a user to not be putting forth effort, just move on and do not answer.

I'm not saying it fixes the problem. But it keeps the community positive, and that is what we want.

I suggest you actually add a feature that allows only person to help with a given question so that the person can work on 'teaching' the solution. Otherwise, someone eager for a medal comes in the middle and provides answer. Creates wrong incentives on both sides.
