if you call the length l and the width w then you know the perimeter is 
$$n=2l+2w$$ but you also know that 
$$l=2w+5$$ so you get 
$$n=2(2w+5)+2w$$
$$n=4w+10+2w$$
$$n=6w+10$$

$$6n+10=32$$ so you can solve for n and get
