im reading through how to think like a computer scientist doing all the examples... whats the best way to go through the readings and assignments ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, I think that's it. Read the assignments with Python open & type in all the examples. Make sure you understand what's happening in each before you move on. Then check out the assignments & tackle them when you feel ready.

im too stupid to make my own examples for recursion whats a good place to go to practice the syntax and structure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and semantics! DOPE

OpenStudy (anonymous):

damn im fluttered up

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Recursion is a difficult concept IMO. You should expect to spend some time trying to understand it. A good place to practice is in python on your own computer. Type in every recursive script you find in the readings. Take the time to understand what's happening in each script. Add print statements so you can actually see what's happening. And of course ask here if you have specific questions.
