Here is the region of integration. Also x = y^2 is a parabola which is just stretched in the z direction. It's not a cylinder. Check out Paul's Online Math notes for more info on how to solve integrals like these: http://tutorial.math.lamar.edu/Classes/CalcIII/DIGeneralRegion.aspx
