What behavior are you seeing? What qualifies as "Old Browser"? Is it just old versions of Internet Explorer - or are older versions of Firefox, Chrome, and Safari having issues as well? Details, details details. :)

If you really want it to work with old browsers, use HTML2 or 3, JavaScript 1.2 or 3 and no CSS.  See if you can get hold of a Netscape 3 or 4 browser to view it.

This is screenshot of Internet explorer 8.  It loads VERY slowly and doesn't show your top menu or the "quiz" radio buttons.

This is google chrome, I'm assuming this is what it's supposed to look like.  Did you intend to have strikethrough in your menu font?
