This belongs in @chemistry or at a stretch @physics. Please don't tell me there's no one there. There are, especially physics. In either case, I'm sure you can find the answer to this in your text book. Read the chapter on acid-base reactions or titrations or whatever it is. Hint: it's definitely not d. and are a. or b. even logical?

Actually an Acid-base reaction i a neutraliztion reaction it's products are salt and water e.g: : HCl (Hydrochloric acid) + NaOH (Sodium Hydroxide , BASE) = H20 (water) + NaCl( Sodium Chloride, Salt) i will rather go with c
