the types include T lyphocytes, B lyphocytes, neutrophils and eosinophils

At lower levels, you will only learn about lymphocytes, and phagocytes. Lymphocytes produce antibodies and antigens and phagocytes engulf foreign particles and destroy them through enzyme action.

Blood contains red globules, white globules and plaquettes in a liquid called plasma. Red globules carry oxygen, white ones fight germs and plaquettes make the blood clot.
