Lymphocytes produce antibodies and antigens and phagocytes engulf foreign particles and destroy them through enzyme action.

Blood contains red globules, white globules and plaquettes in a liquid called plasma. Red globules carry oxygen, white ones fight germs and plaquettes make the blood clot.
