Then the ratio of ON to OS should be equal to the ratio of PQ to PR. In maths terms:
\[\frac{|ON|}{|OS|} = \frac{|PQ|}{|PR|}\], which is just the rule for similar triangles (for fun, prove this is true by using the sin rule, or the trig identities).
