For the given functions f and g, find the requested composite function.

\[f(x)=\frac{x-2}{8}\] \[g(x)=8x+2\] first function says "subtract 2, divide by 8" second one says " multiply by 8, subtract 2" therefore one is the inverse of the other, meaning \[f\circ g(x)=x\]

you can check as \[g\circ f(x)=g(f(x))=g(\frac{x-8}{2})=8\times \frac{x-2}{8}+2=x-2+2=x\]
