What is the radius of convergence for this series?

I know the first one's radius is 2, but I'm not sure how to get the second one's radius of convergence. I also noticed that the second is the derivative of the first, but I'm not sure what I can do with that.

second series is the derivative of the first one. if i remember correctly they have the same radius of convergence, but you should check your text.
