How do I become a better writer?

Before being a good writer u need to study a lot of literature so from there u will get the direction in which u have to proceed

keep practicing and be as imaginative as possible.

I'm a slow writer :( I mean... not that I type or write slowly, but I am often hesitant to print my thoughts to paper right away.
