What is a soliloquy?

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

A soliloquy is a device often used in drama whereby a character relates his or her thoughts and feelings to him/herself and to the audience without addressing any of the other characters, and is delivered often when they are alone or think they are alone Source wikipedia :D

So how would you answer this(Romeo and Juliet): In ACT I, Scene iii when the Nurse speaks, forever telling all she knows about Juliet to the audience and Lady Capulet, this is considered a soliloquy, because she thinks no one is listening. True False

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

False right? the nurse addresses to Lady Capulet as well not only to herself and audience?
