Anyone in this forum who lives near Brown University, Providence, RI. I really need help. This is my first time studying computer science, so I am very, very new to it. I am teaching myself, studying how to code, program using python via MIT's OWC. I am having a hard time understanding it. Can you help? My goal is to be able to code, program and create a functioning website after the lesson.

I am not near Brown, but I have suggestions. These lectures are meant for MIT students who will spend 9 hours per week for self study (I think it is stated on the first lecture). My suggestion is to have supplementary study materials for certain topics covered in OCW's lecture, then if you feel comfortable you can watch the next OCW's video. There are many free online python tutorials. you can find "python tutorials" or "python for beginners" on ggogle.
