Given:
1st side =x^2 +6
2nd side = 2x^2 -5
3rd side = x^2 +2
4th side = 3x^2 +1

So, add them all, equate to 74, find x.
Then, use that value of x to find the length of each side.

Cool. You just need to keep x^2 = 10. As all you need to do is then plug that value into each of the four sides given in terms of x^2.
