A train is traveling at the rate of 100 km/h. A conductor is walking toward the back of the train at 5 km/h. What is the conductor's speed relative to the ground? Please help!!!

95 km/hr i believe

The conductor is moving in the opposite direction the train is moving in. The train is moving 100km/h relative to the ground and the conductor is moving 5km/h relative the the ground, but in the OPPOSITE direction. You must subtract the two velocity vectors to get 95km/h. NOTE: If the conductor were running 100km/h towards the back of the train his speed would be zero relative to the ground.

THANK YOU!! I thought it was 95, but wasn't sure.
