Off the top of my head: Morals means our principles for appropriate behaviors. Homosapiens means humans / people. Deity means god. Attribute is to give something credit for a thing being or happening in a certain way. Evolution is the change or advancement in something.

I would say, based on these definitions, that it means that the morals that humans give god credit for is a result of the changes in our minds.
