OpenStudy (amistre64):

Yay!! A+ in philosophy 101 A+ in Calc2 A+ in Science 101 Just got 2 more classes to final up on.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

then wait till jan to start it all up again

OpenStudy (geometry_hater):

wow you must be A genius to Ace Calculus

OpenStudy (anonymous):

congrats

OpenStudy (amistre64):

more of a psuedo-genius maybe, or would that be quasi-genius?

hero (hero):

I don't get how you get an A and a plus in all those classes

hero (hero):

An A isn't enough?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

the + is for ... umm .... dont really know

OpenStudy (amistre64):

something to do with gpa i think

hero (hero):

Normally you get an A+ if you average over a 100%

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the "plus" because you are a nice guy too right?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

were all mods according to this ;)

hero (hero):

Maybe you got the plus because the instructor feels that you should be the instructor instead of the student

OpenStudy (amistre64):

94 to 100 is a+ i think

OpenStudy (anonymous):

some are mods, some are rockers

hero (hero):

94-100 is just an A at my University. What University do you attend?

OpenStudy (geometry_hater):

94-100 is just an A 93 is A- and 100 is A+ i think

hero (hero):

Not fair

OpenStudy (amistre64):

StLeo .... hmmm

OpenStudy (amistre64):

well, I al least got As , might be premature on the plus parts lol

OpenStudy (geometry_hater):

UGH i wish you were my brother so you could do my homework for me!

hero (hero):

At my university you have to get over 100% to get A+. Nobody ever gets them

OpenStudy (amistre64):

kindalike getting a level 101 in OS

hero (hero):

exactly

hero (hero):

St. Leo has a math sciences program?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

yep, even got a masters option here so I can stay local

hero (hero):

Nice

OpenStudy (asnaseer):

Congratulations @amistre64!, and, as Plato once said "Philosophy begins in wonder" - I wonder how you achieved this? :-)

OpenStudy (amistre64):

I say: Education is wasted on the youth ;)

OpenStudy (asnaseer):

I never took you to be a "bowler hat type" :-D

hero (hero):

This is what I found on their website. Didn't see anything about Math Sciences program

OpenStudy (amistre64):

its prolly under the request info button

hero (hero):

No, it isn't funny guy.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

the website is maintained by aged nuns and monks; hmmm

hero (hero):

I guess

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you never said what you got in dance fever class

OpenStudy (amistre64):

http://www.saintleo.edu/Academics/Academic-Catalogs might be in here

OpenStudy (amistre64):

I havent taken the final is dance class yet, or discrete

OpenStudy (anonymous):

maybe you can do a discrete dance and kill two birds with one stone

OpenStudy (asnaseer):

^^ :-D

OpenStudy (amistre64):

killing birds, sounds painful ... ill do it!

OpenStudy (amistre64):

i cant do any worse in those classes regardless of finals

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ready for Calc III?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

yep, ready and willing fer III gonna take the calc3, diffy qs, and linear algebra in january

hero (hero):

Okay, I take that back amistre. I doubted you. My bad

OpenStudy (amistre64):

'sok, I doubt myself all the time ;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am taking linear algebra in jan too

OpenStudy (amistre64):

ive gone over the basics up to eugene vectors and values

OpenStudy (amistre64):

havent yet figured out why linear independance/dependance is important tho, and what the wronskian has to do with it all

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah, Eigenvalues shows up in both diffi eqs and linear algebra

OpenStudy (anonymous):

same thing with wronskian

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Congrats amistre64!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

great result amistre!

OpenStudy (amistre64):

just 3 more years to go .....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the calculus results is great - i always struggled a bit with this in class. I still do sometimes!!

OpenStudy (mathteacher1729):

Congrats Amistre! :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

CONGRATS, Amistre64!!! great Job! :)
