you need 2 take the mph and then take that and know that she drove 675 miles in 13 hours so, you need 2 reduce that to find the number of mph and see whether it is above or below the speed limit
679/13 = 53. 8 mph is her average speed so as ,ong as she didnt exceed this by more than 1.2 mph she complied with the speed limit
