Good evening, This is my 1st time using this site so please forgive me if I am not following a standard format. Question: Using APA format, what is the proper way to cite when using a numbered or bulleted list?

I'm not exactly sure, as APA gets confusing with bulleted lists. I do know that you shouldn't remove bullets. Paraphrasing from their rules, "other punctuation" should be left in the quotations marks if it is part of the quoted material. And quoted material should be verbatim.
