You have a beam of light incident from air (n = 1) to water (n = 1.33). The beam continues into the water until it strikes the side of the tank. At what angle is the incident beam on the surface so that when the light strikes the side of the tank, the beam is totally internally reflected? Note that we are ignoring the glass which holds the water in the tank.
