wouldn't it be -20 and decrease
No because you have centimeters and Inches.. You have to either change 12 centimeters to inches or change 15 inches to centimeters first
isn't the same way to solve this question as the last one?
Im changing the 15 inches to centimeters because its a nicer number.. So now you have \[12 cm \space \space 38.1cm\]

So now you do \[Percent \space Change = \frac{38.1 - 12}{12} x 100\]
doesn't say to change the measurement?
