If you arent allowed to use a calculator of some sort, this one is rough. By the Rational roots Theorem, if there was a rational root, it could only be:\[\pm 1,\pm 3\]but none of those are roots since when you evaluate them in the polynomial you dont get 0. =/ So there are no integer solutions to this.
