we would use java because tons of ppl use java
better idea would be c# but not c/c++
I nk cos of portability feature in java ny1 can use any browser and can wrk on any platform so !!!!!
With the variety of malicious input that a site can be exposed to, fixed buffers could become a real problem. Other than that, as far as I'm concerned, a CGI program is just a program that happens to output HTML.
Ah I C (pun intended). Safety issues, libraries, development ease/speed, framework stuff, etc.
