is there a place where the acceleration is 0?
the acceleration of what? As F = ma, if F = 0 and m is not zero, then a = 0. I.e., if a mass has zero net force acting on it, then it is not accelerating, a = 0.
i got it already :) but thanks! i have another questionn.
- Can you think up 2 configurations of ramps and cars that show the following properties: (1) Higher speed but lower acceleration. ___________________________________ (2) Lower speed butt higher acceleration. __________________________________
Sure, but you think about it. if you have a kid brother, borrow his toy car for half and hour and do some experiments with running the cars down different types of inclines.
Lol I don't..
Then take a jar or a can of food from the kitchen and try the same thing. You'll have fun and learn something.
