Does anyone know how to play the clarinet??? I have a few questions that need answered about how to play it?

Like i'm not sure how to play "jazzy".... I'm a senior in High School and i just started to learn... and since my director is busy i'm learning by myself...

hmm, jazzy might refer to scales, in which case that has to do with finger positions .... or it could refer to slurs and such that might be achieved using lip pressure on the reed

the trombone had no finger positions :)

playing the bassoon was similar to clarinet i spoose

the key is to experiment as you practice and to see what sounds good to you, and to remember what you did to get that sound :)

when the band plays the song i try to mimic how it sounds... hmmm... i guess i'm just gonna have to make him help me lol.... but thanks for trying... i'll keep playing with it...
