centre is (0,0) and the radius is 5. Thus we have a 3,4,5 triangle to play with. Angle at centre is arctan 4/3 = 53.13 degrees. Gradient of line from centre to tangent point is 4/3

Yeah, I've seen that before. In there, they are finding the equation of the line. I'm finding the equation of of the circle.
