how can i make dynamic website??? what are the tools??

Tools:
- serverside language (python/perl/php.....)
- mostly a database (mysql, postgresql....)
- linux ! ;-)
- a nice project, to begin with ;-)

These were some tools, at the top of my head. Did I forget any?

Sorry, I was replying to the dynamic part of your question. You can use photoshop to create images, but they are not often dynamic. You can use dreamweaver to edit html, but html is also not strictly dynamic.
(English is not my native language, so if I am not clear, just ask)

are you familiar of Joomla and wordpress?? what are this ?? and its difference??

Joomla is a cms written in php http://www.joomla.org/
wordpress is a blogging thingie in php. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WordPress
They come with a lot of features out of the box.
I like django a lot, which is a webframework written in python and has excellent documentation.
Maybe you should try all of them.
You can write plain cgi scripts too. I think you will learn the most, because you'll have to wtite everything yourself.
