bacteria don't participate in sexual reproduction they reproduce via binary fission, which is asexual reproduction. If you are referring to conjugation there are two scenarios: 1. Bacterial conjugation plasmid transfer 2. Bacterial conjugation gene transfer You can look these up and how they work, I would go more into detail but exam time
