How do u become a moderator?

Moderators are either members of the OpenStudy team (like myself) or community members who the team feels have the qualities of a good moderator based on how they interact with other community members.

It's really not that glamorous, but if you really want to be a moderator the only way to get there is to become an active, helpful member of OpenStudy and hope you get lucky when we decide to add more moderators. :)

Yes.  Anyone can become a moderator.  However, as I said, you have to win the respect of this community through interaction, knowledge and the ability to interact and intervene in an appropriate manner.

No, only admins can add new moderators.
