Which is the best programe to make your own website?

There are a number of programs you can use to create your own website. I can't really speak to the best of the bunch, but Dreamweaver is very popular. If you use a Mac there are a handful of less expensive programs that are available in the Mac App Store, too. A lot of these will work very similar to Microsoft Word.

If you're interested in writing the HTML code by hand instead of using a Word-like editor, then pretty much any text editor will do.
