First find the areas of the three rectangles formed in the figure. They have areas of 35, 30, and 66. The "green" rectangles have a combined area of 101, while the entire figure would have a total area of 131. Therefore the probability would simply be the ratio of the combined area of the green rectangles to the total area. This should yield 101/131.
