x^2 + 6x +(3)^2 - (3)^2 + 5 = 0

(x+3)^2 -9 + 5 = 0

(x+3)^2 - 4 = 0

So,

vertex = (-3, -4)

x^2+6x+5 =0
(0)^2+6(0)+5 =0
5

so,
(0,5)
