sorry I don't understand

Any "code" you will be inserting will most defiantly be in a high-level register. This is used to more easily understand and more quickly input assembly language. This code is compiled into machine code or binary where the computer can understand it. So code cannot do anything unless it is in machine language. Therefore I believe the correct response would be that you should use a compiler if you want your code to take the instructions.

if you write code in assembly then assembler can transform that code to machine code
