its an issue that they have been trying to iron out since day 1.  They hope this format makes life easier, but that is not the case.

but, if you post in a group that is not considered a primary target for the question; you cant really expect any definitive answers ....

if they had people assigned to each group that could give answers, then asking in a particular group would make more sense; but as is, you go where the people are :)

With that said, posting irrelevant questions in a group is discouraged, and can lead to suspensions if repeated requests not to do so are ignored.

but what should they do when no one is online in the English group or no one knows the answer .For eg. there is a Chemistry test tommorow then should he wait for 14 to 20 hrs to get the answer thats foolish

You are allowed and encouraged to go to the chat in other groups and ask people to come to the group where you are having trouble finding help. Rules in chat are much more relaxed, and tend to only limit abusive behavior rather than off-topic conversation. We've seen several people do this and get their questions answered quickly.
