How many electrons would you expect carbon to form with other Nonmetal atoms? Why?

No atom forms electrons.

That being said, carbon has four electrons and needs another four in its outer electron shell to complete its octet; therefore, I'd expect it to share four with other non metals so it can complete that shell.
