How far did you get? try simplifying the top, and the bottom separately.
then multiply the top and bottom by the inverse of the bottom

it doesn't simplify that much
after multiplying the top by the reciprocal of the bottom you get
\[\frac{25y(7-2y)}{14(4y+5)}\]
