Solve. -1/2x^2+5/2x+18=6 i got: -1x^2+5x+36=12 which i then put into: (-x+6)(x+6) apply the zero property: x= 6,-6 ? please confirm

\[-x ^{2}+5x+36=12\] this should then be\[-x ^{2}+5x+24=0\] then it factors to (-x+8)(x+3)
