Proton is positively charged, and electron is negatively charge. Why the electron still able to spin around the nucleus, instead of collapsing to the middle? Does this situation same as earth orbiting the sun??

The situation is the same as the earth and the sun, the same gravitational force law is in effect. Because: Newton's law of universal gravitation states that every point mass in the universe attracts every other point mass with a force that is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. (Separately it was shown that large spherically symmetrical masses attract and are attracted as if all their mass were concentrated at their centers.) This is a general physical law derived from empirical observations by what Newton called induction.[2] It is a part of classical mechanics and was formulated in Newton's work Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica ("the Principia"), first published on 5 July 1687. (When Newton's book was presented in 1686 to the Royal Society, Robert Hooke made a claim that Newton had obtained the inverse square law from him – see History section below.) Every point mass attracts every single other point mass by a force pointing along the line intersecting both points. The force is proportional to the product of the two masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. Check it out at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newton%27s_law_of_universal_gravitation, its complex.

Hmm any idea how this equation to use on the relationship between earth and sun? \[F=G(m _{1}m _{2})/r²\]

I don't know for sure, but Wolfram Alpha is great for physics- it will solve most physics problems. If the regular input doesn't work, try one of the widgets. Here is the link to the "take a tour" page if you haven't used Wolfram Alpha before. http://www.wolframalpha.com/tour/what-is-wolframalpha.html

actually this question about the stability of the atom was (and is) a very important and intersting one. The electorns are spining around the neuclues and that is supposod to explain why the r not collapsing into the neucleus (sorry about speeling) But than comes another question, the electrons are being accelerated (the dircetion on their velocity is changing) and it's known that accelerating charges emmit em radiation (em radiation is a wave of changing magnetic and electric fields) and by emmting this radiation they lose energy. If they loss energy than againg we come to the coclusion that they are supposed to fall into the neucleus! This is a big problem!!! :)
