Are you serious about learning something here or do you just want an easy essay. Im interested in helping with the first, not at all in the second.

yeah i want to learn, i am trying and i cant find much information on last 2 questions. so iam stuck there..
Are you there?
yeah..
1 The expansion of the United States by James Polk's Mexican American war and the aquisition of the Oregon territories made regional conflict inevitable. The failure of the Compromise of 1850 to hold led to the Nebraska Kansas act, but it was untenable with the South looking ahead and knowing the the political compisition of the the Senate would change to a anti slavery majority with the likely results of expansion. The shooting war in Kansas was a forshadowing of the violence which lay ahead to resolve these deep rooted and philosophically opposed issues. Was man, black or white, entitled to basic freedom or was it allowable for man to own man.
Thank you so much sir. I really appreciate you'r help.. :)
The fugitive slave law was the dagger in the heart of any chance of compromise because it led to the Dread Scott decision. A slave from the south(you will have to find the details) moved with his owner to the North. Because he was currently residing in a so called free state, he filed a lawsuit to be freed from his owner. He believed that no slave could be expected to recognize the bonds of slavery in a state which had outlawed the practice. A supreme court filled with Southerners who sympathized with Southern culture (the Taney court...Taney was the chief justice) decided that slavery was for life, and that any slave that originated from a Southern state would be held legally by the bonds of slavery no matter what state in the Union the owner decided to bring him to. This effectively destroyed the last ditch attempt by Steven Douglas in the Kansas-Nebraska act to patch together yet another compromise to retain some balance of power that would allow the South to have enough power in the Senate to believe they could unite together and block politically any attempt at abolition.
The Dread Scott decision, arguably the worst decision in the history of the Supreme Court, was certainly the decision that had the most disasterous effect upon the health of this nascent nation's political health and the well being of its citizens, directly leading to the Civil War in due time. (Great sentence, you have my permission to use it in whole or in part)
wow thank you so much...!!

The most troublesome aspect of the Kansas Nebraska act was the provision that allowed Kansas to decide for itself, as a state, using democratic methods, whether or not it would be a so called free state, not allowing slavery, or a slave state, like the states in the South. Since the result would allow for two additional senators to champion the ideals of these two powerful cultures within the politically power structure of the Senate, all the stops were pulled out by both sides to win the vote. This led to the division of the State of Kansas, Please send me all you have written. I will keep writing. English, theater, and history. I will not mock you and I am very good.
Now.

The philosophy behind this method seemed sound, called popular soveriegnty. The will of the people, who were to have the power, would become law.... Also, correct an above paragraph.... failure of compromise of 1850 to hold, after the previous failure of the Missouri compromise, .... ok? I want you to send me the english paper. Please? Along with these political entities, thug tactics of ballot stuffing, intimidation, threats, violence, and even fighting, shooting, killing, and masacreing were seen in Kansas. Many of the worst offenders were zealots who were not even living in Kansas. They came from outside to attempt to influence locally what was clearly a national powderkeg, as the resulting Civil war would attest.

May 21, 1856 so called "Border Ruffians", men who believed in the right to own slaves, came across the border group of Border Ruffians entered the Free-State Lawrence, burned the Free State Hotel, destroyed two Abolitionist newspaper offices destroyed their printing presses, ransacked homes, and stole from stores. This attack both on the property and ability to distribute ideas, with the destruction of the printing press, that being the internet of the time, against those most devoted to the cause of abolition, angered John Brown.
