There are a bunch of fixes here, I'll try to list some highlights:
- avatar borders for viewers have the correct color for the rank of the viewer
- you see loading signs immediately after switching groups
- notification ordering issues should be fixed
- loading old notifications should work in a way that makes a bit more sense
- show an error if you try to create a group whose name has already been used
- level drop down in the top right should be easier to trigger
- cocky is no longer filtered
- group search is significantly better about showing you results
- *possibly* fix issues with people staying online after they leave; we'll have to see if this fix works
- fix an issue where avatars for a user's fans in their profile would break if you were their fan
- scrolling hides profile tooltips if they are open

Oh, also, direct links to questions should work if you're not in a group. These behaved strangely before.

Because it contained a disallowed word, cocky was originally filtered and turned into wingspan-y. That no longer happens.
