For the given functions; a) Find the intervals on which the function is increasing and decreasing b) Then identify the functions local extra values, if any, saying where they are taken on c) which, if any of the extreme values are absolute. 1) g(t)= -3t2+9t+5 2) g(x)= xsqrt(8-x2)

OpenStudy (slaaibak):

increasing: g'(t) >0 decreasing: g'(t)<0 local values: g'(t) = 0

isn't there a mistake in question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):
