just have to remember the basic shapes, and if needed solve for intercepts

sqrt(x) is always through the origin sqrt(x) + 1 is through x=0 and y=1 etc. it's just remembering

okey how about x=sqrt y?? is it just reversed the direction or what???

yeah, just rotate the axis. sqrt(y) looks closer to e^x  it's just a different direction. sqrt(y) is actually just the positive side of the parabola y=x^2
