Solve.

\[x+\left(\begin{matrix}2 \\ x\end{matrix}\right)=-3\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is this \[x+\frac{2}{x}=-3\]?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

multiply both sides by x to get \[x^2+2=-3x\] then \[x^2+3x+2=0\] and \[(x+1)(x+2)=0\] so \[x=-1,x=-2\]

Thanks man
